茶叶籽脱壳、清选和色选自动化加工技术

摘要: 茶叶籽油富含天然茶多酚、角鲨烯和维生素E等多种功能活性成分,其营养价值媲美橄榄油。茶叶籽采摘后容易霉变,霉变茶叶籽会造成茶叶籽油中的苯并芘含量过高,从而影响成品油的品质和口感。目前,茶叶籽破壳清选大多采用半手工半机械操作,根据茶叶籽的结构特性,对茶叶籽脱壳、清选和色选自动化加工技术进行探析,分析茶叶籽分选过程中的壳仁分离不彻底、茶叶籽人工霉变筛选效率低和成本高等问题,促进茶叶籽油产业高质高效绿色发展。Abstract: Tea seed oil is rich in natural tea polyphenols,squalene,vitamin E and other functional active ingredients,its nutritional value is comparable to olive oil.Tea seed is easy to be moldy after picking,and moldy tea seed will cause excessive benzo pyrene content in tea seed oil,thus affecting quality and taste of finished oil.Most of the tea seed shell cleaning use manual and mechanical operation.According to structural characteristics of tea seed,automatic processing technology of tea seed shelling,cleaning and color separation was analyzed,problems of incomplete shell kernel separation,low screening efficiency and high cost in the process of tea seed separation were analyzed,so as to promote high quality,high efficiency and green development of tea seed oil industry.
