Design and Experiment of Corn Intelligent Fertilizing Cultivator

  • 摘要: 针对机械驱动施肥中耕机存在施肥量一致性差的问题,设计了一种基于全球定位系统(GPS)、北斗定位系统(BDS)的智能精准变量施肥中耕机,该机利用GPS、BDS的精准定位信号,实时计算行驶速度,进而控制肥盒电机转速随动,实现定量施肥。性能试验表明,该机的施肥量稳定性变异系数达到5.54%。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at problems of poor consistency of fertilization amount of mechanically driven cultivator,an intelligent precise cultivator of variable rate fertilization was designed based on global positioning system(GPS),Beidou positioning system(BDS).The machine could realize quantitative fertilization by real-time adjustment of motor speed n of fertilizer box along with driving speed v,taking advantage of precise positioning signals of GPS and BDS.Through performance test,variation coefficient of fertilizer rate stability reached 5.54%.
