Abstract: Talent training mode，program and quality evaluation of Agricultural Engineering need to respond to requirements of new agricultural science background.Revision of postgraduate training program of Agricultural Engineering in Anhui Agricultural University was introduced under background of new agricultural science.Research on evaluation index system of Agricultural Engineering postgraduate training quality was carried out.Based on training objectives of improving learning ability of theoretical courses，practical ability and innovation ability，Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）was applied to comprehensively analyze quality index of talent training.Three criteria levels and ten scheme levels of evaluation index were divided considering participation of industry university research cooperation tutors in quality evaluation of postgraduates.Relationship between key elements of talent training quality was further expounded.Quality evaluation index system of Agricultural Engineering postgraduate training was established based on cooperative training mode of industry university research under background of new agricultural science.This study could provide a reference for construction of talent training evaluation index system in other universities.
