Abstract: Auricularia is a characteristic agricultural product of agricultural economic development in Zhashui County of Shaanxi Province，and it is also main product of increasing income of local farmers.Taking development of Auricularia industry in Zhashui County as research object，problems were found through current situation combing and problem analysis.Development countermeasures were put forward，including promoting development of whole industrial chain，improving level of operation and management，expanding e-commerce marketing channels and strengthening construction of market environment.It promoted healthy and sustainable development of Auricularia industry in Zhashui County.
