梳刷气吸式亚麻蒴果收获试验台设计与试验

Design and Test of Comb-brushing and Air-absorbing Flax Capsule Harvest Testbed

  • 摘要: 针对亚麻(胡麻)机械化收获过程中植株缠绕脱粒滚筒问题和蒴果收集问题,设计了梳刷气吸式亚麻(胡麻)蒴果收获试验台。以梳齿截面形状、梳刷滚筒转速、机具行进相对速度、离心式通风机风量为试验因素,以蒴果收集率、植株缠绕率为试验指标,进行了4因素3水平正交试验。结果表明,在较优试验因素组合的梳齿截面形状为圆形、梳刷滚筒转速44 r/min、机具行进相对速度80 mm/s、离心风机风量6 000 m3/h作业条件下,蒴果收集率为96.67%、植株缠绕率为0.32%,试验台的梳脱、收集、避免植株缠绕等效果较好。梳刷气吸式亚麻(胡麻)蒴果收获试验台提供了解决植株缠绕脱粒滚筒问题和蒴果收集问题的可行性方案。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve problems of plant winding threshing roller and capsule collection during flax mechanized harvest process,comb-brushing and air-absorbing flax capsule harvest testbed was designed.Taking shape of comb tooth section,rotary speed of comb roller,relative travelling speed of machine and air volume of centrifugal fan as test factors,capsule collection rate and plant winding rate as test indexes,orthogonal test with four factors and three levels was carried out.Results showed that optimal combination of test factors as follows,comb tooth section was round,rotary speed of the brush roller was 44 r/min,relative speed of the machine was 80 mm/s,centrifugal fan air volume was 6 000 m3/h.Under conditions of better combination of experimental factors,capsule collection rate was 96.67% and plants winding rate was 0.32%,the effect of carding,collecting and anti-winding of testbed were better.Comb-brushing and air-absorbing flax capsule harvest testbed could provide a feasibility scheme for problems of plant winding threshing roller and capsule collection.
