Abstract: With accelerated development of agricultural and rural modernization，current agricultural development gradually tends to moderate scale，intensive and efficient management，and rural land transfer has become general trend.According to current situation of rural land transfer in Qingyang City，problems existing in rural land transfer were analyzed.A series of reasonable suggestions were put forward to promote efficient land transfer，such as strengthening legal publicity of land transfer，cultivating new agricultural management subjects，perfecting land transfer market and perfecting agricultural insurance system.
