Abstract: With development of modern agriculture and agricultural mechanization technology，traditional rice planting way and technology has some deficiencies，it is hard to meet need of rice production，also against the use of agricultural machinery to reduce intensity of labor and purpose of further enhance mechanization production efficiency and effectiveness.Start from related issues of rice mechanization technology，reality and necessity of rice direct seeding by using mechanical means was expounded.
