牛舍清洁机器人研究进展与设计

Research Progress and Design of Cowshed Cleaning Robot

  • 摘要: 分析了牛舍粪便清洁工艺及相关设备的发展现状,设计了一种牛舍清洁机器人,确定清洁机器人主要参数,完成其关键零部件机械结构及控制系统的设计,对清洁机器人的性能进行了试验检测。试验结果显示,清洁机器人主要参数均达到设计要求,且可按照预先规划好的路径行走,当遇到障碍物时,可以有效避障继续清扫,直到完成清扫任务。

     

    Abstract: Development status of cleaning technology and related equipment of manure in cowshed was analyzed.A cleaning robot for cowshed was designed.Main parameters of cleaning robot were determined.Design of key parts of mechanical structure and control system were completed.Performance of cleaning robot was tested.Test results showed that main parameters of cleaning robot met design requirements,and it could walk in accordance with pre-planned path,when encountered obstacles,could effectively avoid obstacles to continue cleaning,until completion of cleaning task.
