Abstract: Agricultural machinery is an important material basis for development of agricultural production.China′s agricultural production has changed from relying mainly on human and animal resources to relying mainly on mechanical power.It has become a large country in manufacture and using of agricultural machinery，but it is not a strong country in agricultural machinery.There were still many gaps with world advanced level in many aspects.Development achievements and existing problems of China′s agricultural machinery industry were introduced.Development suggestions were put forward from policy support，innovative mechanism and demonstration application.
