利用TRIZ理论对圆捆机成捆系统创新设计

Innovative Design of Baling System of Round Baler Based on TRIZ Theory

  • 摘要: 圆捆打捆机结构简单、故障率低且便于维修,不足之处在于圆捆机作业时,当成捆室物料增多,成捆室压力逐渐增大,在压力作用下后仓出现一定的打开现象,从而导致草捆密度下降,成捆效果不好。该文结合圆捆机的结构,分析物料在圆捆机成捆室的成捆原理,运用TRIZ矛盾矩阵和创新原理对圆捆机成捆室结构和液压控制方式进行改进,提出两种提高物料成捆密度改善方案,并通过分析选择最优方案进行试验验证,结果表明草捆密度由改进前的117.6 kg/m3提高到159.0 kg/m3,改善效果明显。

     

    Abstract: Round baler has advantages of simple structure,low failure rate and easy maintenance.Disadvantage is that during operation of round baler,materials in bale chamber increase,and pressure in bale forming chamber increases gradually.Under action of pressure,rear bin appears a certain opening phenomenon and resulting in decrease of bale density and poor bale forming effect.Combined with structure of round baler,bundling principle of materials in bundling chamber of round baler was analyzed.Structure and hydraulic control mode of bundling chamber of round baler by using TRIZ contradiction matrix and innovation principle were improved.Two improvement schemes for increasing bale density of materials were put forward.And optimal scheme was selected through analysis for experimental verification.Test results showed that bale density was increased from 117.6 kg/m3 to 159.0 kg/m3,and improvement effect was obvious.
