草莓机械化起垄技术

Mechanized Ridging Technology of Strawberry

  • 摘要: 利用整形管理机的开沟功能,创新发明“一进二退耕作法”,解决了草莓机械化南北向起垄距离短无法掉头的难题,作业效率提高2~3倍。在参考国外机型的基础上,研发出国产YTB-K30型草莓起垄机,试验证明该机起垄作业效果好,满足草莓种植农艺要求,整机质量小、油耗低、操作灵活、价格便宜,解决了昌平区草莓起垄机械化作业难题,有效降低农业生产劳动强度和生产成本,提升草莓生产综合效益。

     

    Abstract: Using ditching function of shaping management machine,tillage method of one advance and two retreat was innovated.It solved problem that mechanized north-south ridging distance of strawberries was short and cann't turn around.Operation efficiency was increased by 2 ~ 3 times.On the basis of referring to foreign models,domestic YTB-K30 strawberry ridging machine was developed.Test showed that effect of ridging was good and met agronomic requirements of strawberry planting.This machine had advantages of small quality, low fuel consumption,flexible operation and low price.It solved problem of mechanized operation of strawberry ridging in Changping district,effectively reduced the labor intensity and production cost of agricultural production, and improved comprehensive benefits of strawberry production.
