Abstract: Popularizing practical new technologies of agricultural mechanization and guiding farmers to apply them efficiently can promote agricultural production，increase production and income，save cost and increase efficiency.Importance of practical technical training of agricultural mechanization was introduced.Development status and existing problems were analyzed.Strategy of strengthening training of practical new technology of agricultural mechanization was put forward combined with practice.It provided reference for agricultural mechanization training department.
