Abstract: Rural water pond projects are related to vital interests of millions of farmers．Pump station is the heart and core of the project, and its success directly affects water supply project．There are many aspects involved in pumping station of rural pond projects．Water pond pumping station was designed by selecting hydraulic machinery and electrical equipment of pumping station．The design has been used in the Neiguan Pond construction project after being demonstrated by experts, and the system has been running stably for two years, achieving good social and economic benefits．
