Problems and Research Progress of Enzyme Inhibition Rapid Detection of Pesticide Residues

  • 摘要:

    以我国农产品中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留情况为背景,结合酶抑制率法的检测原理,从检测标准、样品前处理、酶及试剂盒产品、仪器设备等方面分析了酶抑制率法存在的问题、研究及应用情况,并对未来如何改进酶抑制率快检方法进行展望,为提升我国食品安全快速检测水平提供参考。
