秸秆切割揉碎卷制成型机设计与试验

Design and Experiment of Straw Cutting and Kneading Round Baler

  • 摘要: 针对我国农牧业生产中农作物秸秆产量不断增加,秸秆收储难、利用率低的现状,以及现有秸秆卷制成型机功能单一、可靠性差等问题,研制了一种新型秸秆切割揉碎卷制成型机具。设计了切割揉碎装置、强制喂入装置、成捆室和缠网机构等主要工作部件,并对机具进行了田间性能试验。试验结果表明:捡拾幅宽为2.2 m,成捆率为100%,草捆密度为150.8 kg/m3,牧草总损失率为1.95%。该机工作性能可靠,各项性能指标均达到了国家标准规定的要求,对研究秸秆高效、高质量收获具有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at current situation of increasing crop straw output, difficult straw collection and storage and low utilization rate in China's agricultural and animal husbandry production, as well as problems of single function and poor reliability of existing straw coiling and forming machine, a new straw cutting and kneading round baler was designed. Main working parts such as cutting and crushing device, forced feeding device, bale chamber and mesh winding mechanism were designed, and field performance test of machine was carried out. Test results showed that picking width was 2.2 m, bale forming rate was 100%, bale density was 150.8 kg/m3, total loss rate of forage was 1.95%. The machine had reliable working performance and all performance indexes met requirements of national standards. It has important guiding significance for study of straw harvesting with high efficiency and high quality.
