Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in "Food Microbiology and Testing" Course of Higher Vocational Colleges

针对高职院校农产品加工与质量检测专业的“食品微生物及检测”课程,积极探索课程思政建设,梳理设置课程思政目标、精心设计课程思政与专业教学内容衔接点。经过两年的课程思政教学实践,总结创新多种教学方法,建立融合课程思政的专业课程评价与考核体系。实践证明,学生的思政意识显著增强,成绩明显提高,取得了较好的教学效果。
Abstract:Aiming at the course "Food Microbiology and Testing" of agricultural products processing and quality testing major in higher vocational colleges, ideological and political education in the course was explored, ideological and political goals of the course were set, and connection between ideology politics education and content of the course was designed. By two years teaching practice, several innovative teaching methods were presented, and a set of scientific course evaluation system integrating ideological and political education were established. Practice indicated ideological and political consciousness of students was significantly enhanced, and course scores were obviously improved. Teaching effect was remarkable.
