Teaching Reform of "Rapid Detection of Agricultural Products" Course Connecting with Post Standards

在“产教融合、校企合作”背景下,“农产品快速检测”课程教学改革以企业岗位真实工作任务为主导,及时将新技术、新要求、新规范纳入教学标准和教学内容,以工作任务为线,以具体检测项目为点,构建6位一体式课程体系,开展“企业教师+思政教师+专业教师”和“分析岗位+任务选择+对接课程+分步实施”的“3师4步”技术对接,形成对接岗位标准的“农产品快速检测”课程教学改革新模式,以促进课程技术创新化、任务分解化、技能实训化、活动丰富化和成果多元化,达到改革良好效果。
Abstract:Under background of "integration of production and education, cooperation between schools and enterprises", teaching reform of "Rapid Detection of Agricultural Products" course was dominated by real work tasks of enterprises, and new technologies, new requirements and new norms were timely incorporated into teaching standards and content. A six in one curriculum system was built based on work tasks and specific testing projects. Technical connection of "three divisions and four steps" of "enterprise teachers+ideological and political teachers+professional teachers" and "analyzing posts, task selection, connecting courses, step-by-step implementation", a new teaching reform mode of "Rapid Detection of Agricultural Products" course was formed connecting with post standards to promote innovation of curriculum technology, task decomposition, skill training, enrichment of activities, diversification of achievements, and achieve good reform results.

3.能够掌握粮油制品快速检测项目指标(新陈度、地沟油、吊白块、黄曲霉毒素、致病菌)方法和原理,理解分析检验结果与数据处理的相关知识
4.能够掌握乳制品快速检测项目指标(新鲜度、三聚氰胺、抗生素、致病菌),理解分析检验结果与数据处理的相关知识技能目标 1.利用基本理论和技术方法,并能应用所学检测技术对农产品质量和安全性进行管理和控制,从而解决工作中各种实际问题
