西藏自治区微水电应用现状与发展前景

Application Status and Development Prospect of Micro-hydropower in Tibet Autonomous Region

  • 摘要: 从微水电的定义与系统组成等方面介绍我国微水电发展概况,通过阐明微水电站现有的实施方案,结合西藏自治区水能资源的分布特征与开发潜力,明确了在藏东南开发微水电的必要性、可行性与意义。与传统电站相比,微水电合理利用当地充足的微水资源,对提高农牧民生活质量、改善居住环境、发展当地经济等具有积极作用。

     

    Abstract: Development of micro-hydropower in China was introduced from definition and system composition of micro-hydropower, and existing implementation scheme of micro-hydropower plants was clarified.Combined with distribution characteristics and development potential of Tibetan hydropower resources, necessity, feasibility and significance of developing micro-hydropower in southeast Tibet were clarified.Compared with traditional power plants, micro-hydropower can make reasonable use of abundant local micro-water resources, which has a positive effect on improving quality of life of local farmers and herdsmen, improving living environment and developing local economy.
