Investigation on Technology and Equipment for Initial Processing of Chinese Chives after Production in Beijing City

摘要:
通过实地调研、文献查询、专家咨询等方式对北京市韭菜产后初加工情况进行调研,阐述了北京市韭菜产后初加工现状及存在的问题,并提出相关建议,为实现韭菜的净菜上市提供技术参考。
Abstract:Through field investigation, literature inquiry, expert consultation and other ways, initial processing of Chinese chives after production in Beijing City was investigated. Current situation and existing problems of initial processing of Chinese chives after production were expounds. Relevant suggestions were put forward to provide technical reference for realization of clean vegetable listing of Chinese chives.
