Abstract: In recent years, with rapid development of agricultural mechanization, it has become general trend to accelerate transformation and upgrading of agricultural mechanization and promote comprehensive and high-quality development of agricultural mechanization．As a major agricultural city, Kaifeng City has made great achievements in development of agricultural machinery, but there are still problems such as unreasonable development structure of agricultural machinery, government support is not in place, development of social service organizations lags behind, and professional quality of agricultural machinery operators needs to be strengthened．In response to above problems, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward such as rationalizing structure of agricultural machinery, strengthening policy support, improve quality of agricultural machinery socialized service organization, and improving training system of agricultural machinery talents, so as to further promote comprehensive and high-quality development of agricultural mechanization in Kaifeng City, promote increase of farmers' production and income, and accelerate pace of rural revitalization．
