Current Situation and Suggestions for Management and Protection after Construction of High Standard Farmland in Yangshe Town of Zhangjiagang City

建后管护是高标准农田建设工程长期发挥效益的重要保障,事关粮食安全。基于多年的管理经验及与相关单位的交流体会,分析了当前高标准农田建后管护中存在的主要问题及原因,并以张家港市杨舍镇为例,归纳总结了高标准农田管护的有益实践与探索,最后从管护机制、资金来源和公众参与3个维度就建后管护存在的相关问题提出了建议与对策,探讨了具体解决路径与方式,为高标准农田建后管护实践探索提供可行之策。
Abstract:Management of high standard farmland after construction is an important guarantee for long-term benefits, which is related to food security.Based on management experience and communication with relevant units, main problems and causes in management of high-standard farmland after construction were analyzed.Taking Yangshe Town of Zhangjiagang City as an example, beneficial practice and exploration of high standard farmland management and protection were summarized.Finally, some reference suggestions on relevant practical problems of management after construction were put forward from management mechanism, funding sources and public participation, and specific solutions and ways were discussed, so as to provide feasible strategies for practice and exploration of high standard farmland management after construction.
