槽式翻抛机RV减速器传动偏差理论分析

Theoretical Analysis on Transmission Deviation of RV Reducer for Slot Tipping Machine

  • 摘要: 行星齿轮作为一级传动系统和二级系统摆线针轮共同组成RV减速机。在减速器整机装配过程中,各零部件的偏差源通过偏差传递后偏差值的大小直接影响传动精度。重点研究了槽式翻抛机RV减速器在装配过程中偏差传递机理对传动精度的影响,基于蒙特卡洛法对RV-40E型减速器及整机的装配偏差统计量进行求解,结果表明,第2级传动偏差值对减速器整机偏差传递影响最大,对促进减速器的研究开发及对我国有机肥翻抛系统的开发具有重要的工程实际意义。

     

    Abstract: Planetary gear, as primary transmission system and the secondary system cycloidal pinwheel, together form the RV reducer.During assembly process of complete reducer, deviation source of each component directly affects transmission accuracy through transmission of deviation value.The focus of this study was on influence of deviation transmission mechanism on transmission accuracy of RV reducer of slot flip throwing machine during assembly process.Based on the Monte Carlo method, assembly deviation statistics of the RV-40E reducer and entire machine were solved, and conclusion was drawn that the second level transmission deviation value has the greatest impact on transmission of reducer's overall deviation.This has important engineering practical significance for promoting research and development of reducers and development of organic fertilizer tipping systems in China.
