草地蝗虫吸捕机自动卸料装置设计

Design of Automatic Unloading Device for Peneumatic Grasshopper Trapper

  • 摘要: 为解决草地蝗虫吸捕机卸料过程中的劳动强度大、效率低、易破坏蝗虫等问题,设计了螺旋式自动卸料装置。该装置主要由机壳、喂料斗、中心轴、螺旋叶片、电动机和环形测力传感器系统等组成,其螺旋叶片外径200 mm、中心轴直径60 mm、螺距200 mm、螺旋叶片与机壳间隙5 mm和转速90 r/min。将带有插板的垫圈式环形测力传感器固定在沉降室和螺旋卸料装置喂料口中间,以沉降室装满蝗虫时卸料口所受压力值设置为测力传感器的报警阈值。当测力传感器测试系统报警后吸捕机停止工作,并打开插板,驱动电动机,带动螺旋轴旋转进行排料。通过插板开合的大小可以控制螺旋卸料装置的喂入量,同时也能避免沉降室内的蝗虫直接集中挤压在喂料斗,为研制蝗虫吸捕机自动卸料装置提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve problems of high labor intensity, low efficiency and easy destruction of peneumatic grasshopper trapper during unloading process, a spiral automatic unloading device was designed.It was mainly composed of enclosure, feeding hopper, central shaft, spiral blade, motor and annular force sensor system, etc.Its outer diameter of spiral blade was 200 mm, diameter of central shaft was 60 mm, pitch was 200 mm, clearance between spiral blade and enclosure was 5 mm, and speed was 90 r/min.The washer type annular force sensor with insert plate was fixed between settling chamber and feeding port of spiral unloading device, and pressure value of unloading port was set as alarm threshold of force sensor when settling chamber was filled with locusts.When force sensor test system alarmed, suction machine stopped working, and opened insert plate to drive motor and drive spiral shaft to rotate for discharging.Feeding quantity of spiral unloading device could be controlled by opening and closing size of the plate, and locusts in settling room could be avoided from directly squeezing into feeding hopper, which could provide a theoretical basis for development of automatic unloading device of grasshopper suction machine.
