孵化机孵化有效区域温度稳定性不确定度评定

Uncertainty Evaluation on Temperature Stability of Effective Incubation Area in Incubators

  • 摘要: 评定了孵化机孵化有效区域温度稳定性的测量不确定度。按照JB/T 9809.2—2013《孵化机 第2部分:试验方法》对孵化机孵化有效区域温度进行测量并建立了测量模型;依据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,分析不确定度来源和影响因素,对测量结果进行不确定度评定。结果表明,孵化机孵化有效区域温度稳定性的扩展不确定度U=0.18 °C,仪器校准引入的不确定度分量是影响孵化机孵化有效区域温度稳定性测量结果不确定度的主要因素。

     

    Abstract: Measurement uncertainty was evaluated for temperature stability of effective incubation area in incubators.According to JB/T 9809.2—2013, temperature of effective incubation area in incubators was measured and a measurement model was established.According to JJF 1059.1—2012, sources and influencing factors of uncertainty were analyzed, and uncertainty of measurement results was evaluated.Results indicated that expanded uncertainty of temperature stability in effective area of incubator incubation was U=0.18 °C, and uncertainty component introduced by instrument calibration was main factor affecting uncertainty of measurement results for temperature stability in effective area of incubator incubation.
