Effects of Different Hormone Treatments on Shoot Tip Germination and Proliferation of "Hongyan" Strawberry

摘要:
以红颜草莓匍匐茎茎尖为外植体,探讨了不同消毒时间、不同外源激素对红颜草莓茎尖消毒效果、茎尖萌发及增殖效果的影响。结果表明,最佳的消毒时间组合为75%酒精消毒30 s,再用0.1%升汞消毒10 min;较适宜的初代萌芽激素组合为1.00 mg/L 6-BA、0.20 mg/L NAA,萌芽率可达100.00%;在0.50 mg/L 6-BA、0.10 mg/L KT两种激素组合下,红颜草莓增殖效果较佳,草莓苗长势较好,增殖系数为3.0。
Abstract:Effects of different disinfection time and exogenous hormones on disinfection, shoot tip germination and multiplication of 'Hongyan' strawberry stolons were studied.Results showed that the best combination of disinfection time was 75% alcohol for 30 s, and then rinsed with 0.1% mercuric chloride for 10 min, and the optimum combination of initial germinating hormone was 1.00 mg/l 6-BA and 0.20 mg/l NAA, germinating rate could reach 100.00%.At concentration of 0.50 mg/l 6-BA and 0.10 mg/l KT, growth of strawberry seedlings was better and multiplication coefficient was 3.0.
