Abstract: Agricultural machinery specialized cooperatives are key propelling subjects in whole process of rice production mechanization development, but role of agricultural machinery cooperatives in whole process of rice production mechanization development in Guizhou Province has not been given full play．Through field investigation of 14 key agricultural machinery specialized cooperatives, current situation of rice mechanization development in Guizhou Province was understood, existing problems and constraints were analyzed, and feasible countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote development of rice mechanization in Guizhou Province．
