3种大豆收获机作业质量对比及发展建议

Operation Quality Comparison and Development Suggestions of Three Kinds of Soybean Harvesters

  • 摘要: 随着大豆产业的发展,大豆收获机开始得到广泛应用。选用商丘市常用的3种改装大豆收获机进行生产试验检测,结果表明,该类机具各项作业性能不断提升,但破碎率和损失率仍有超标现象。分析问题产生的原因,提出了强化机手培训、选择适宜的品种与收获期、调整割台与脱粒装置等优化作业质量的建议。

     

    Abstract: With development of soybean industry, harvester begins to be widely used.Three kinds of soybean harvesters commonly used in Shangqiu City were selected for production test.Results showed that performance of this type of machine was improved, but crushing rate and loss rate still exceed standard.Reason for problem was analyzed and some suggestions were put forward to optimize operation effect, such as strengthening manipulator training, selecting appropriate varieties, harvesting in the right time, adjusting header and thresh device.
