基于碳中和的葛根生物质资源高效转化与利用

Efficient Conversion and Utilization of Pueraria Biomass Resources Based on Carbon Neutrality

  • 摘要: 葛根属药食同源的多年生植物,其资源丰富,具有极大的开发利用价值。长期以来,粗放落后的生产加工工艺成为制约葛根产业发展的“瓶颈”。从葛根产业现状的调查切入,研究葛根组分,并对葛根淀粉提取工艺、酿酒工艺、高效色谱分离(HPLC)工艺技术等进行了优化设计。在“碳中和”背景下,提出的实现葛根生物质资源高效转化与利用方案,对我国葛根产业发展具有一定的推动作用。

     

    Abstract: Pueraria is a perennial plant with medicinal and edible homology, which is rich in resources and has great development and utilization value.For a long time, extensive and backward production and processing techniques have become “bottleneck”that restricted development of Pueraria lobata industry.Pueraria lobata components were studied based on current situation investigation of Pueraria lobata industry.Extraction process of Pueraria lobata starch, brewing technology and high performance chromatographic separation (HPLC)process technology were optimized.Under the background of “carbon neutrality”, this research proposed a plan to achieve efficient transformation and utilization of Pueraria lobata biomass resources, which would promote development of China's Pueraria lobata industry.
