复合筛分式油莎豆收获机设计及试验

Design and Experiment of Compound Screening Cyperus esculentus Harvester

  • 摘要: 以降低油莎豆收获过程中的破损率、损失率,提高筛净率为目标,设计了一种由升运网链、脱粒滚筒、键式分离装置、吹杂风机、水平链条输送器和吸杂风机组成的复合筛分式油莎豆收获机,并针对该机的核心部件键式分离装置,以曲轴转速、分离装置角度和挡板角度为因素,筛净率和落粒损失率为指标开展了正交试验,利用Design-Expert软件建立了回归方程和响应面模型,通过田间试验检测了样机的收获效率和漏豆损失率。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce damage rate and loss rate in process of Cyperus esculentus harvesting and improve screening rate, a compound screening Cyperus esculentus harvester composed of lifting net chain, threshing drum, key separation device, impurity blower, horizontal chain conveyor and impurity suction fan was designed.For key separation device, key component of the machine, orthogonal test was carried out with crankshaft speed, separation device angle and baffle angle as factors, and screening rate and falling particle loss rate as indicators.Regression equation and response surface model were established by using Design-Expert software.Harvest efficiency and loss rate of leaking beans of prototype were tested through field experiments.
