Abstract: According to "Detailed Rules for Implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy of Fujian Province", Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Fujian Province has planned and constructed the "Fujian Rural Revitalization Information System", which was divided into background management subsystem, PC website application information subsystem and the WeChat official account application information subsystem．Overall system architecture, construction content, data flow, application architecture, and system functions were planned and designed．Advantages of system were discussed and its promotion and application was recommended．Suggestions for improvement were proposed in response to shortcomings of the system, and economic and social benefits of the system were summarized and analyzed, providing a mature planning approach for transformation and upgrading of the system．
