鲜食玉米收获机关键部件设计

Design on Key Components of Fresh Corn Harvester

  • 摘要: 针对鲜食玉米人工收获劳动强度大、普通玉米收获机收获损伤率高的问题,采用仿生摘穗原理研发了鲜食玉米收获机,对夹持装置、摘穗装置、切割装置等关键部件进行了设计研究并确定其参数。田间试验表明,可满足鲜食玉米收获要求,具有推广应用前景。

     

    Abstract: In view of current problems of high labor intensity of manual harvesting and high damage rate of ordinary corn harvester during fresh corn harvesting, principle of bionic ear picking was used to develop fresh corn harvesters, key components such as clamping device, ear-picking device, and cutting device were designed and studied, and their parameters were determined.Field experiment showed that it could meet requirements of fresh corn harvesting, and had prospect of promotion and application.
