牵引车发动机冷却系统匹配研究

Matching of Engine Cooling System of Tractor

  • 摘要: 冷却系统的性能对于保证发动机在适宜温度下稳定运转、提高发动机的使用寿命及燃油经济性至关重要。通过牵引车发动机的实际参数进行冷却系统的理论计算,确定散热量、通风量及水流量;进而对冷却系统各模块参数进行选型,确定冷却系统的匹配方案;试验验证了冷却系统的性能。试验结果表明,该冷却系统匹配设计能够满足发动机的冷却需求,可为同类型的冷却系统匹配设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Performance of cooling system is crucial to ensure stable operation of engine at a suitable temperature, and to improve its service life and fuel economy.Based on actual parameters of tractor engine, theoretical calculation of cooling system was carried out to determine heat dissipation, ventilation and water flow ; then parameters of each module of cooling system were selected to determine matching scheme of cooling system; performance of cooling system was verified.Test results showed that matching design of cooling system could meet cooling requirements of engine, and could provide a reference for matching design of the same type of cooling system.
