山地全履带拖拉机动力换挡装置设计

Design of Power Shift Device for Mountain Full Crawler Tractor

  • 摘要: 针对目前动力换挡变速器结构复杂、自动化水平低、制造成本高等问题,以山地全履带拖拉机变速箱为基础,设计了一个简易版动力换挡装置。主要由液压离合器和行星轮系组成,结构简单,降低了制造成本,实现了拖拉机传统手动变速箱动力换挡功能,极大地解决换挡过程中出现动力中断的问题,大大降低了换挡时的冲击载荷,提高了换挡品质。

     

    Abstract: In view of current problems of complex structure, low automation level, and high manufacturing cost of power shift transmission, a simple version of power shift device was designed based on mountain full crawler tractor transmission.It was mainly composed of hydraulic clutch and planetary wheel mechanism, had a simple structure, reduced manufacturing costs, realized power shift function of tractor's traditional manual transmission, greatly solved problem of power interruption and reduced impact load in shifting process, and improved shifting quality.
