标准化果园碎草机作业性能试验

Performance Test of Standardized Orchard Straw Crusher

  • 摘要: 标准化果园种植要求行间种草,需要定期切割还田。为解决机械化碎草问题,在充分调研的基础上,选择了一种牵引式碎草机进行试验研究。结果表明,果园碎草机3个工作行程的割幅利用率为94.6%;平均作业效率为1.28 hm2/h,油耗为8.4~10.2 L/h;割茬高度平均值为100.6 mm,稳定系数为94.5%。该机可靠性强,能较好灵活地适应果园复杂作业环境,满足果园碎草作业要求。

     

    Abstract: Standardized orchard planting requires planting grass between rows and regular cutting and returning to the field.In order to solve problem of mechanized mowing, a tractor mower was selected for experimental research on basis of full investigation.Results showed that utilization rate of cutting width of orchard mower was 94.6% in three working strokes, average operating efficiency was 1.28 hm2/h, fuel consumption was from 8.4 L/h to 10.2 L/h, average stubble height was 100.6 mm, and stability coefficient was 94.5%.This machine has strong reliability and can adapt to complex operating environment in orchard flexibly and meet requirements of orchard mowing operation.
