基于水力驱动及电气控制的卷盘式喷灌机调速系统设计

Design on Speed Control System for Reeling Irrigation Machine Based on Hydraulic Driving and Electrical Control

  • 摘要: 针对当前卷盘式淋灌齿轮箱排挡结合水涡轮调速控制方案的缺点,河北农哈哈机械集团有限公司研发设计了基于喷灌机水涡轮进水量的回收速度电气闭环自动控制方案。阐述了卷盘式淋灌机在该办法下的回收调速原理及其调速涉及的机、电控制方案,并介绍了控制电路、控制器功能和内部运行的程序流程。同时对样机实地测验结果进行了量化分析,测定样本的偏差比例均值及变异系数均<6%,相关数值均小于改进前的普通调速方案测试样本。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at shortcomings of reeling irrigating machine based on water driving and common mechanism, Hebei Nonhaha Company designed an electrical automatic control solution different from that based on water driving.Principle of recovery speed regulation of reeling irrigation machine under this method and mechanical and electrical control scheme involved in speed regulation, was described, and its control circuit, controller function and internal operation program flow was introduced.Deviation ratio mean and coefficient of variation of field test samples were all less than 6%, which were all less than relevant values of test samples of general speed regulation scheme before improvement, which reflected its superiority.
