不同水温调节系统在重庆市工厂化循环水养鱼中的应用

Application of Different Water Temperature Regulation System in Recirculating Aquaculture in Chongqing City

  • 摘要: 在工厂化循环水养殖过程中,保持水温恒定是水产养殖生产效率的重要保障。为解决工厂化循环水养殖系统调温环节能耗高及对养殖环境影响大等问题,以重庆市某512 m3的养殖场为例,分析了水源热泵、空气源热泵、螺杆机组+锅炉和空气源热泵+锅炉4种水温调节方式的设备初投资和长期运行的适用性。结果表明,空气源热泵初投资为50.76万元、运行费用为25.82万元,水源热泵初投资为48.21万元、运行费用为16.87万元,均具有较好的长期使用价值。但由于水源热泵在廉价水资源难以获取的地区运行费用较高且维护成本及难度较高,故对于该研究而言,空气源热泵投资和运行费用较低,整体适应性较好。

     

    Abstract: Maintaining constant water temperature in process of recirculating aquaculture system is an important guarantee of aquaculture production efficiency.In order to solve problems of high energy consumption and high impact on breeding environment in recirculating aquaculture system, a 512 m3 farm in Chongqing City was used as an example.Applicability of initial investment and long-term operation of equipment for four types of water temperature regulation methods, including water source heat pump, air source heat pump, screw unit + boiler, and air source heat pump + boiler, were analyzed.Results showed that initial investment of air source heat pump was 507600 yuan, operating cost was 258200 yuan, water source heat pump was 482100 yuan and 168700 yuan respectively, both of which had good long-term use value.However, since water source heat pumps were more expensive to operate and more difficult to maintain in areas where cheap water resources were difficult to obtain.Therefore, air source heat pumps had lower investment, operating costs, and better overall adaptability.
