3C-2型悬挂式旋转切土除草机研制

Development of 3C-2 Hanging Rotary Soil Cutting and Weeding Machine

  • 摘要: 为了解决苗期除草问题,设计了一种悬挂式旋转切土除草机,可以对各种农作物苗期进行除草作业,经田间试验测试,耕深50 mm,除净率90%,作业效率0.50 hm2/h。其创新点是改除草部件直线运动为旋转运动,优势是绿色环保改良土壤。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve problem of weeding in seedling stage, a hanging rotary soil cutting and weeding machine was designed, which could carry out weeding for various crops in seedling stage.Through field test, plowing depth was 50 mm, net removal rate was 90%, and operation efficiency was 0.50 hm2/h.Its innovation was to change linear motion of weeding parts to rotary motion, and its advantage was to improve soil in a green environment.
