Abstract:
Drilling is the most common processing method of hole structure, and aluminum alloy drilling will aggravate phenomenon of muck, reduce quality of processing, is used in engineering machinery, agricultural machinery and so on.A 3D finite element model for drilling 7050-T7451 aluminum alloy was established based on ABAQUS, and accuracy of finite element model was verified by experiments.Combined with finite element method and experimental method, effects of spindle speed

φ on axial drilling force and cutting temperature were analyzed.It was considered that reasonable drilling parameters for 7050-T7451 aluminum alloy were

φ=118°.Research results were helpful for optimization of drilling parameters and selection of tool geometry angle of aluminum alloy structural parts, and had important significance for improving drilling quality.
