基层农机手经营面临困境及解决对策基于安徽省阜阳市颍州区农机手的调查

摘要: 对安徽省阜阳市颍州区100多位农机手的调查研究发现，当前基层农机手在经营中面临使用技术水平提高、机械需维护维修、作业操作困难及资金运营短缺等困境，从存在困境的原因入手进行分析，进而提出摆脱困境的解决对策。Abstract: Through a survey and research on over 100 agricultural machinery workers in Yingzhou District, Fuyang City, Anhui Province, it was found that grassroots agricultural machinery workers were currently facing difficulties in improving their use of technology, maintaining and repairing machinery, operating difficulties, and funding shortages in their operations．Starting from reasons for these difficulties, solutions to overcome difficulties were proposed．
