Abstract: In bidding stage, bidding documents require that network plan need to be prepared using network diagram．In construction preparation stage, supervising engineer requires that network plan need to be used for progress control．In construction process, network plan needs to be used for claim of construction period and related idling costs．With popularization of network plan, it is imperative to accurately promote application of network plan in project management in the field of drip irrigation project construction．Technical mechanism of network planning and technical characteristics of double-code time-scale network planning was mainly introduced, and its application in construction management of drip irrigation projects was analyzed, providing reference for relevant workers．
