4J-1型自走式中药材捡拾机设计与试验

Design and Experiment of 4J-1 Self-propelled Picking Machine forChinese Traditional Medicinal Materials

  • 摘要: 针对根茎类中药材收获时需要大量人工配套捡拾的问题,设计了一种自走式中药材捡拾机。该机主要由收获捡拾铲刀、喂入器、限深轮、多级输送链、多级输送液压总成、行走驾驶位、集装箱、履带行走总成和机架等部件组成。对铲刀进行了静力学分析,确定关键部件设计参数。样机作业试验结果表明,收获损失率<5%、破损率<5%,各项试验指标达到设计要求,能满足苦参、党参、黄芩、黄芪和丹参等根茎类中药材捡拾收获作业要求。

     

    Abstract: A self-propelled traditional Chinese medicine picking machine was designed to address issue of requiring a large amount of manual picking during harvesting of self-propelled type traditional Chinese medicine.The machine was mainly composed of important components such as harvesting and picking blades, feeders, depth-limiting wheels, multi-stage conveying chains, multi-stage conveying hydraulic assemblies, driving positions, containers, crawler walking assemblies, and racks.Static analysis was carried out on harvesting blade to determine design parameters.After many tests on prototype machine, loss rate of equipment was less than 5%, and damage rate was less than 5%.Test results showed that the test indicators of machine met design requirements, and could meet picking and harvesting operation requirements of Chinese medicinal materials such as Sophora flavescens, Codonopsis pilosula, Scutellaria baicalensis, Astragalus membranaceus, and Salvia miltiorrhiza.
