秸秆精细粉碎双排定刀还田机设计

Design on Double Row Fixed Blade Returning Machine for Fine Straw Crushing

  • 摘要: 目前我国市场上使用的秸秆还田机,粉碎部分都是以高速旋转的动定刀结合的粉碎方式对秸秆进行粉碎,但是因不同地块的秸秆含水量不同,单一的粉碎方式对粉碎后的秸秆长短不可控制,较长的秸秆在后续的翻埋、碎混等还田作业环节中无法被土壤覆盖,裸露秸秆多、不易腐烂,严重影响下一轮播种作业。研究设计了一种秸秆精细粉碎双排定刀还田机,通过前后配置的双排定刀与秸秆精细粉碎刀辊的配合,提高对秸秆的适应能力。

     

    Abstract: At present, straw returning machines used in the Chinese market use a high-speed rotating combination of moving and stationary blades to crush straw.However, due to different moisture content of straw in different plots, a single crushing method cannot control length of crushed straw.Longer straw cannot be covered by soil during subsequent plowing, crushing, and mixing operations, resulting in more exposed straw that is less prone to decay, seriously affecting next round of sowing operations.A straw fine crushing double row fixed blade returning machine has been studied and designed, which improved its adaptability to straw by combining front and rear double row fixed blades with straw fine crushing blade rollers.
