植物抗寒基因及ICE-CBF-COR信号转导研究进展

Progress on Cold Resistance Genes and ICE-CBF-COR Signaling in Plants

  • 摘要: 包括冷胁迫和冻胁迫在内的低温逆境胁迫是造成农作物减产的主要因素之一。研究转录因子CBF调节的植物低温应答途径对于揭示植物面对低温胁迫时的分子反应有重要意义。针对植物抗寒基因及ICE-CBF-COR信号通路的研究,从植物抗寒基因、信号通路和激素与组蛋白调控等多个方面对当下植物抗寒基因的研究进展进行了综述,表明 ICE-CBF-COR 是不同转录因子、调控因子、蛋白质、生理因子和其他操纵因子相互作用以增强冷胁迫的中心途径;同时也发现ICE-CBF-COR信号通路在针对植物生长发育、花期调节、保鲜贮藏和遗传育种等相关研究中同样起着至关重要的作用,并对未来研究与发展的前景进行了展望,以期为植物抗寒基因的研究提供参考与理论支持,同时也为植物的生长发育、花期调节、保鲜贮藏和遗传育种提供理论指导。

     

    Abstract: Low temperature stress, including cold stress and freezing stress, which is one of the main factors causing crop yield reduction.It is of great significance to study low temperature response pathway regulated by transcription factor CBF for revealing molecular response of plants to low temperature stress.Research progress of plant cold resistance gene and ICE-CBF-COR signal pathway was reviewed from plant cold resistance gene, signal pathway, hormone and histone regulation and other aspects.Results showed that ICE-CBF-COR was central pathway for interaction of different transcription factors, regulatory factors, proteins, physiological factors and other manipulation factors to enhance cold stress.At the same time, it was also found that ICE-CBF-COR signal transduction pathway also played a crucial role in plant growth and development, flowering period regulation, fresh storage, genetic breeding and other related research, and prospect of future research and development was prospected.It is expected to provide reference and theoretical support for research of plant cold resistance genes, and also provide theoretical guidance for plant growth and development, flowering period regulation, fresh storage, genetic breeding.
