餐厨垃圾、农业废弃物与奶牛粪便好氧发酵过程质量变化研究

Quality Change of Aerobic Fermentation Process of Kitchen Waste,Agricultural Waste and Cow Manure

  • 摘要: 以奶牛粪便为主要原料,以餐厨垃圾、玉米秸秆、蔬菜废弃物和蔬菜废弃物发酵尾料为辅料进行混合配比,通过自制发酵反应器进行强制通风好氧发酵,比较不同辅料与奶牛粪便发酵过程质量变化和对堆肥效果的影响。试验共设6个处理:牛粪CK、牛粪+尾料T1、牛粪+餐厨垃圾T2、牛粪+餐厨垃圾+尾料T3、牛粪+蔬菜废弃物T4、牛粪+玉米秸秆T5。结果表明,CK、T1T4T5处理的55 °C以上高温期持续时间均达到5 d,符合好氧发酵对高温期天数的要求,而T2T3处理均不足5 d,其中T3处理未达到55 °C以上高温,高温期平均温度T5处理最高为62.8 °C。发酵结束后,物料含水率损失率为27.08%~47.39%,T4处理损失率最高;pH值范围为8.15~8.84,仅CK和T3处理的pH值<8.5;有机质损失率为9.19%~17.28%,以T5处理为最高;各处理的总氮、总磷和总钾均高于初始含量,T1T4处理能够显著提升物料的总养分;重金属As、Pb、Cd含量在发酵后均低于发酵前,而Hg和Cr含量变化则相反,尤其是纯牛粪发酵后Cr含量超标应引起重视。奶牛粪便与玉米秸秆/蔬菜废弃物混合发酵更能够有效提升堆肥品质。

     

    Abstract: Using cow manure as main raw material, kitchen waste, corn stalk, vegetable waste, and vegetable waste fermentation sieve residue as auxiliary materials for mixing, a self-made fermentation reactor was used for forced aeration aerobic fermentation to compare impact of different excipients on quality change and composting effect of dairy manure fermentation process.A total of 6 treatments were set up in experiment: CK was cow manure, T1 was cow manure+sieve residue, T2 was cow manure+kitchen waste, T3 was cow manure+kitchen waste+sieve residue, T4 was cow manure+vegetable waste, T5 was cow manure+corn stalk.Results showed that duration of high temperature period above 55 °C for CK, T1, T4, and T5 reached 5 days, meeting requirements of aerobic fermentation for number of days of high temperature period, while T2 and T3 were less than 5 days, of which T3 did not reach a high temperature above 55 °C, and average temperature of T5 during high temperature period was 62.8 °C.After fermentation finished, water content loss rate of material was from 27.08% to 47.39%, and T4 treatment had the highest loss rate.The pH range was from 8.15 to 8.84, and only the pH of CK and T3 treatments was less than 8.5.Organic matter loss rate ranges from 9.19% to 17.28%, with T5 being the highest.Total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total potassium of each treatment were higher than initial content, and T1 and T4 could significantly improve total nutrient content of material.Contents of heavy metals As, Pb, and Cd after fermentation were lower than those before fermentation, while contents of Hg and Cr were on the contrary.Especially, attention should be paid to excessive Cr content after fermentation of cow manure.Mixed fermentation of cow manure and corn straw/vegetable waste could effectively improve quality of compost.
