花铃期棉花光合生理特性对膜下滴灌干旱胁迫的响应

Response of Photosynthetic Physiological Characteristics of Cotton at Flowering and Bolling Stage to Drought Stress of Drip Irrigation under Film

  • 摘要: 为了从叶片尺度探讨棉花花铃期(需水关键期)干旱发生发展过程对膜下滴灌棉花光合特性及水分利用效率的综合影响,开展了5种不同水分梯度干旱模拟试验,分析不同强度干旱发生发展对棉花光合特性和水分利用效率的影响。结果表明,叶片光合特征参数(净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和胞间CO2浓度)随生育进程推进呈现先上升后下降的趋势,梯度控水9 d后各处理进入了不同的干旱发展过程,各处理的光合特征参数依次降低;干旱胁迫并没有改变棉花叶片水分利用效率的变化趋势;5种不同梯度水分处理的棉花叶片水分利用效率在花铃期内均呈上升趋势,但其变化缺乏规律性。研究结果可为棉花受旱程度的准确评估及干旱发生发展动态监测提供理论依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore comprehensive impact of drought occurrence and development process on photosynthetic characteristics and water use efficiency of cotton at the leaf scale under mulch drip irrigation in the key period of cotton, five drought simulation experiments with different water gradients were carried out to analyze effects of drought occurrence and development with different intensities on cotton photosynthetic characteristics and water use efficiency.Results showed that photosynthetic characteristic parameters(net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration)of leaves increased first and then decreased with advance of growth process.After 9 days of gradient water control, each treatment entered a different drought development process, and photosynthetic characteristic parameters of each treatment decreased in turn.Drought stress did not change trend of water use efficiency of cotton leaves.Water use efficiency of cotton leaves under five different gradient water treatments showed an upward trend during flowering and boll stage, but its change was not regular.Research results could provide theoretical basis for accurate evaluation of cotton drought degree and dynamic monitoring of drought occurrence and development.
