夹持式木薯削皮机设计与试验

Design and Test of Clamping Type Cassava Pelling Machine

  • 摘要: 目前,木薯主要靠人工去皮,劳动强度大、效率低,易造成木薯变质,为了克服这一阻碍,综合考虑相关机构的工作原理和结构设计,并结合木薯块根本身特点,研制了夹持式木薯削皮机。通过设计参数和要求对传动系统进行了设计,建立简化模型并结合相关理论对夹持机构和削皮机构进行了受力分析和计算,同时对削皮机的关键部件进行了静力学分析,以确保削皮机的稳定性和安全性达到设计要求。

     

    Abstract: At present, cassava mainly relies on manual peeling, which is labor-intensive and inefficient, and can easily cause cassava to spoil.In order to overcome this obstacle, a clamping type cassava peeler was developed by comprehensively considering working principles and structural design of relevant mechanisms, and taking into account characteristics of cassava tubers themselves.Transmission system was designed through design parameters and requirements, a simplified model was established, and force analysis and calculation of clamping mechanism and peeling mechanism were carried out based on relevant theories.At the same time, a static analysis was conducted on key components of peeling machine to ensure that stability and safety of peeling machine meet design requirements.
