Application of AMESim Simulation Technology in Practice of Hydraulic and Pneumatic TransmissionTaking Harvester Header Hydraulic System as an Example

  • 摘要: 随着科学技术的发展,特别是计算机技术的发展,利用计算机作为工具来研究实际系统的特性已成为可能。液压仿真技术的发展为液压与气压传动课程实践提供良好的技术手段。以收获机割台液压系统为例,通过割台系统分析、液压回路设计、AMESim建模和割台升降工作过程仿真等,介绍AMESim仿真技术在液压与气压传动课程实践中的应用,为液压与气压传动课程实践改革提供一种新的方法。

     

    Abstract: With development of science and technology, especially development of computer technology, it is possible to use computers as tools to study characteristics of real systems.Development of hydraulic simulation technology provides a good technical means for practice of the course "Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission".Taking hydraulic system of harvester header as an example, application of AMESim simulation technology in practice of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission courses was introduced through header system analysis, hydraulic circuit design, AMESim modeling, and header lifting process simulation.This could provide a new method for practical reform of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission courses.
