农业工程专业本科生学术自我效能感提升策略

Strategies for Improving Academic Self-efficacy of Undergraduate Students Majoring in Agricultural Engineering

  • 摘要: 学术自我效能感能够反映当代大学生的学习和心理状态,其水平是影响和预测本科生学术成就和能力素质的有效指标。根据不同专业特点制定学术自我效能感的提升策略,相对于一般的学术自我效能感培养手段有效性更强。分析了农业工程专业的学科特点,制定了适用于农业工程专业本科生的学术自我效能感提升策略和具体措施,教学实践验证了这些措施的有效性,为农业工程专业学生的学术自我效能感培养提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Academic self-efficacy could reflect learning and psychological state of college students, it is an effective indicator to predict and has influence to academic achievement and competence quality of undergraduate students.Developing strategies to enhance academic self-efficacy according to characteristics of different majors is more effective than general cultivating methods.Unique characteristics of agricultural engineering majors were analyzed, then academic self-efficacy enhancement strategies and specific measures were formulated, and effectiveness of these measures were finally verified through teaching practice.It could provide reference for cultivation of academic self-efficacy among students majoring in agricultural engineering.
