自走式青饲料收获机传动系统研究进展

Research Progress on Transmission System of Self-propelled Forage Harvester

  • 摘要: 介绍了自走式青饲料收获机不同传动系统设计,分析了有代表性的自走式青饲料收获机各部件传动系统的设计特点,从底盘传动、发动机到主要工作部件传动、籽粒破碎传动、喂入装置传动和割台传动5个方面阐述了现有传动方式的研究现状,并对各种传动方式的优缺点进行了详细分析,为自走式青饲料收获机传动系统的设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Design of different transmission systems of self-propelled forage harvester were introduced.Design characteristics of transmission systems for various components of representative self-propelled forage harvesters were analyzed.Research status of existing transmission methods were elaborated from five main aspects: chassis transmission, engine to main working components transmission, cracking transmission, feeding transmission, and header transmission.Advantages and disadvantages of various transmission methods were analyzed.It could provide reference for design of transmission system of self-propelled forage harvesters in the future.
