Abstract: According to agronomic requirements and seed characteristics of flower and leaf industrial hemp, 2BYM-3 precision planter for flower and leaf industrial hemp was studied．Structure adopted a new type of small seed air suction seeder, an electric negative pressure fan, an independent parallel four bar copying mechanism combined with a pole wheel copying mechanism, a synchronous and quantitative fertilization mechanism for seed and fertilizer, a stainless steel fertilizer box, and an electronic monitoring system．It could complete multiple operations such as side deep fertilization, precision seeding, and soil covering and compaction in one go．
